"We found the service perfect"

About: Causeway Hospital / Accident & Emergency Causeway Hospital / X-Ray Department

(as a parent/guardian),

My son was treated at the ED in Causeway following a dislocated knee and avuldion fracture.

Treatment was swift, professional and personal. He was seen by the advanced nurse practitioner after triage. Thus included assessment, xray and application of a long leg brace and associated education.

We found the service perfect from speed of assessment to investigations, treatment and follow up, well done all

Good afternoon importerpm65,

I would first like thank you for taking the time to share your experience of the NHSCT Radiology Department at Causeway Hospital. As an organisation we are committed to consistently showing compassion, professionalism and respect for the patients we care for, so it was reassuring to learn of the care provided by our team.

I will be sure to share your feedback with all the Radiology staff who supported your son during his visit and I am sure they will be very grateful of your kind words.

Best wishes on his journey to recovery.

Laura
