Everything was outstanding, an incredible service. The attention i got in Cloughreagh was brilliant, second to none. All the staff were very helpful and very kind, nothing too much bother. The cleanliness of the home was outstanding. The food was excellent and you always had a choice of what to have. The portion size was excellent and the food was always hot or cold depending on your choice. The service from OT and Physio was excellent and prepare me for going home. I would highly recommend Cloughreagh to my family and friends. I would have no concerns of returning to Cloughreagh if the need arose.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of Cloughreagh on care Opinion. Your comments are very positive and I will pass this high praise onto the team here at Cloughreagh. The staff here are well trained and strive to care for each of our service users with a person centred approach.

Meals are very important as service users will benefit from a nutritious well balanced diet and if food is presented nicely it encourages a good appetite and promotes recovery. I am glad you got enjoyment from the food.

We also work closely with our Allied Health professionals to achieve a positive experience for our Service users and to promote a speedy recovery.

On behalf of the team here in Cloughreagh I would like to take this opportunity to wish you a good onward recovery and thank you again for your positive feedback.
