"Went above and beyond to make our family comfortable"

About: North West Cancer Centre / Oncology and Haematology inpatient (Ward 50)

(as a service user),

While staying with my brother in Ward 50, Seamus, an auxiliary member of the team went above and beyond to make our family as comfortable as possible.

Giving us tea/coffee and bringing the best toast in the morning.
We availed of the family room, which was a godsend. To be able to take time out, take rest and shower was so much appreciated.
