I struggle with my mental health badly and over the past 10 years have had 4 different doctors because none of them know what to do with mental health. This practise has been the worst, a doctor took me in and made me feel uncomfortable about my mental health and told me I was doing nothing to better my mental health even tho I’d asked for 10 years for a mental health assessment and never received one. Today I received a call of sed disctor that told me I’d been referred and I had not received any of the information retired to attended from the doctors or the mental health wellbeing department, so now I’ve missed it apparently and nowt they can do for me but then I ring to request this doctor don’t ring me anymore and they told me that she can do what she wants because she the manager but I told them she is effecting my mental heath and she told me to find another doctors. This place hade arrested for having a mental health episode they are a shit show and a terrible source of help. Don’t recommend using this practise. They bully you for having mental health and accuse you of shouting so they can put phone down it’s embarrassing. I am making a complaint to the NHS but nowt will be done because they ain’t bothered either.
