"Lovely Home"

I would highly recommend Hill House to anyone who is in the difficult position of having to place a relative with dementia into long-term care. The team are wonderful and my Aunt had the same named nurse during the whole of her 19 month stay from September 2022 to May 2024. Communication is excellent - we were always informed immediately if there was a significant update and in addition there is a regular general newsletter, photos on Facebook and a monthly update email and photos specifically about her - as we live out of the area, we really appreciated this. A weekly list of activities is always available online, they are very varied and you can see how much thought is put into these to stimulate the residents. We are very grateful that Hill House were able to accommodate my Aunt and it was such a relief to know that she was in a safe, friendly, clean environment and receiving such good care. I would like to say a huge thank you to all the team at Hill House for the dedication and care they show to all the residents.
