(as a service user),

Raheem has been supporting me to find work. He has been helpful in building my confidence helping me create a CV and assisting me with job applications.

Raheem has also been incredibly accommodating seeing me for appointments on short notice and promptly answering any questions I have over the phone. I feel heard and not judged knowing I can count on him for help and support whenever I need it.

The employment support I have received has benefited me making me feel more motivated and eager to find work. Thanks to his guidance I received positive responses from employers and have a few interviews lined up.

I am in a much better and happier place because of the support I’m receiving.

I manage a team of employment specialists which is attached to Mansfield, Ashfield and Newark& Sherwood LMHT. the service supports the service users to seek suitable job opportunities by offering intense support that is responsive to individuals' strenghts, skills abilities and percieved barriers and follows this with time unlimited on job support to help sustian employment. provides employment support, careers advise and guidance to the service users who are under the care of AMH.
