About: South West Acute Hospital / Medical + surgical assessment unit (ward 1)

(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter recently had her pre-operative assessment with Nurse specialist Una, and can I just say on behalf of my daughter and myself what an exceptionally excellent appointment.

Una was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable taking time to speak with my daughter and myself, explained everything thoroughly and really made my daughter feel very much at ease and reduced anxiety regarding upcoming procedure. 

Una has since kept us updated with date for procedure and steps to take prior to same.  Una is an example of how all Nursing staff should be and a credit to her profession.  Thank you kindly Una.
