My mum attended the clinic for a pre op assessment for proposed hip surgery.
The staff were absolutely amazing with her, so patient and friendly and professional. They gave her time to answer questions, explained everything to her and gave her the opportunity to ask any questions.
They were compassionate and genuinely cared about my mum and I. We also had a laugh when we were the staff and they couldn't have done enough. They were truly amazing.
