"Greatly appreciated"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as a service user),

I fell today and fractured my hand. A&E was extremely busy but I was seen promptly in minor injuries. Kirstin the ENP who looked after me was warm, kind, and professional which was .

Communication from everyone I saw was excellent which went a long way to making me feel comfortable.
Thank you.

Dear leopardbt79

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to share this lovely feedback about the care provided within the Emergency Department, University Hospital Crosshouse.

I am sorry to hear that you fractured your hand and had to attend the Emergency Department. I am however glad to hear that you received such professional and attentive care from our staff in the Minor Injuries Unit.

Our staff really appreciate receiving feedback from their patients and it will be my pleasure to ensure your lovely comments are shared with the wider Team, and in particular with Kirsten.

Please accept my best wishes for your ongoing recovery and thank you once again for taking the time to acknowledge your care experience

Kind Regards

Pamela
