"We are so fortunate to have such a great service"

I was red flagged by my GP, got a notification from the centre a few days later, then received my referral and would be in touch asap .

Went for my appointment, and the staff were amazing. I was met with a smile at reception,  which when you are worried really helps. The next encounter was a member of staff laying out teas / coffee and biscuits in the waiting room -such a kind act.

Then my name was called and I can only say the nurse was so kind -she explained the routine in getting ready for the consultation. The Consultant listened really well, was very attentive, and explained everything very clearly .

Onto the other professionals doing my mammogram and ultrasound - they were so gentle, kind and professional . Thankfully my story had a good outcome -but when I entered there I was really anxious - the treatment from all the staff went a long way to help.
