"Nursing at its best"

About: Inverclyde Royal Hospital / Fracture Clinic Royal Alexandra Hospital / Trauma & orthopaedics (wards 21-23)

(as the patient),

After an ankle injury while on holiday I have been treated in TAU, Ward 21 and Ward 23 in RAH and IRH Fracture Clinic.

Throughout my admissions to all of these areas, I experienced nursing at its best. Each member of staff treated me with compassion, dignity and professionalism. As a nurse, I am very proud to have experienced such care from people I call colleagues.

Please pass on my gratitude to all of these teams for their outstanding person centred care.

Also very grateful to Mr Rajkumar and Mr Hazarika for their surgical excellence.
