Since my health centre has been handed back to NHS, care has been very up and down. I never seem to see the same doctor twice, so I spend 10 mins of my 15 min appointment explaining the whole thing again. So many locum doctors that don't know me, my medical history, and every doctor tells me something different. There's no continuity at all. The person who was my GP is no longer there, do I even have one now? Who knows? Will I ever get the right treatment? Who knows? I feel like a nuisance because I have to keep returning, taking up appointments that could be better used elsewhere. I shouldn't feel that way. The service is there to help people, instead I feel like a burden. I feel it's just not good enough.
