"I was very impressed and my daughter was very happy"

About: Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow) / Physiotherapy

(as a parent/guardian),

Shona, the physiotherapist, was fantastic and talked directly to my daughter and made her feel like she could express the problem in her own words. Shona then explained, very clearly and thoughtfully, what she would test and why. She then came to a diagnosis and explained that brilliantly so both myself and especially my daughter, understood it and the actions we need to take to help manage the condition.

As a parent I was very impressed and my daughter was very happy. Shona took what could have been an awkward situation and made it a friendly and valuable appointment.

Dear marchkw79

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback on Care Opinion.

I am delighted to read that you and your daughter have experienced such a positive experience when attending for physiotherapy and I will pass on your very kind words to Shona and the Physiotherapy Team.

I hope that your daughter gains benefit from the advice that has been provided.

Kind Regards

Ashley Johnstone
