Very welcoming at the pre-assessment clinic at Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy.

Shannon was extremely clear about all information and was impressed that I was sent for a cardiograph right away which was clear and meant I didn’t need to wait and worry.

Had my operation in early August 2023 at the National Treatment Centre Victoria.

All staff were wonderful especially the anaesthetic team.

Many, many thanks to all NHS staff at Victoria Hospital.

Just noticed operation date is wrong. It was March 2024.
