"Everything was well explained"

About: Accident & Emergency / Injury Assessment Centre Ninewells Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as a parent/guardian),

After not too long a wait in A&E my son's care was transferred to IAC. This was an efficient service from assessment by Mark, XRay, then back to Mark for diagnosis and planning.

Everything was well explained and it was nice to be able to view the Xray. Also, we were shown to the department and Xray by another lovely, helpful member of staff (sorry I didn't get the name). The radiographer was also very efficient at identifying a smaller Xray room where we could have the imaging done promptly.
