Heart attack

About: Bath Road Surgery Willesden Centre for Health and Care Clinic

(as the patient),

Had a Major Heart attack in May and angioplasty done. 

The attack was a surprise as had no symptoms of any heart condition. 

Have been recovering and have had a few issues, for example low blood pressure and low heart rate. 

Echocardiogram done in June but GP has not seen the report. 

Have an appointment in September which I think is too late. 

Have damaged LV dysfunction.
