The care I have received has been exemplary. I have had a lovely morning in the Day Room with the Therapy Team, where we did lots of activities including using parachutes, bean bags and hoops. It was good fun. 

The food has been truly delicious however, I am trying to eat healthy so I have had to ask for smaller portions. 

I use a zimmer frame and can't move very easily. There are hurdles in the corridor/walkways which makes it even harder to go to the toilet. The building is also quite old, so I struggle to fit through some doors easily.

It is great to hear you have been able to actively engage in the activities that the Therapy team have arranged and we are so pleased you enjoyed it.

It is also fantastic to hear that you have enjoyed the food provided during your stay and we will update the catering team on those valuable comments.

We apologise that sometimes the corridors are blocking your way and we will discuss how we can improve this for you at our team meeting next week.
