(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have been treated very well on Cottage Ward. The Physio staff have been great and I have got on with everyone. They have helped me so much that I am almost ready to go home. 

The ward staff are incredible. My daughter phones the ward twice a day and the staff let me borrow the phone so I can speak to her as she can't visit in person. 

One staff member in particular, Dani a Health Care Assistant has been so lovely and friendly. They say she is my mate. All the staff have been amazing and I have never had such lovely care. 

The cleaning staff to always be wiping things so it is very clean.
