"Approachable and kind"

I have been with advocacy cymru for just over three years. After searching high and low for a service with no charge because as you can understand most of us are unwell and not always being able to work. Even though my extreme mental breakdowns they have always been understanding and non judgemental. Approachable and kind.

My last advocate was amazing and our connection was brilliant as a professional myself if you don't have that connection it will not work.

Now I was recently allocated a absolutely wonderful young lady called Olivia and wow she is super lovely and through with everything I have asked help with. And believe you me i can be a little demanding. She has gone above and beyond to assist me with absolutely everything I have asked of her.
