I have always been wiling to make an effort to recieve help and I'm glad I did, not only do I feel a lot better but having someone who listens and helps in anyway they can has made me feel like I can be more open with people. I also somewhat feel like I can start to trust people too. Even at my worst my therapist will let me decide what we should work on during the session. I have always felt like I was being heard when talking about my issues and we've actively tried to think of ways of coping during those tough situations.
I still cannot thank my therapist enough for everything and I feel like I've made so much progress in getting better.
