5 weeks ago I started doing weekly teams meetings to complete the Henry programme that was recommended by my daughters health visitor.

I was nervous as I didn’t know what to expect but Emma is absolutely fantastic and is very welcoming.

The programme itself is amazing, it covers every aspect of parenthood and how to give our children the best and most healthy start in life.  Emma is very good at giving advice and suggestions to help with any issues that may be troubling us. 

It’s a small group which is helpful and getting tips from other parents and talking to someone who may be experiencing similar situations to yourself is nice. 

I would highly recommend any parent (first time or not) to complete the Henry programme if you can.
