"My COPD"

About: Enhanced Care / Community Respiratory Care

(as a service user),

Unfortunately I have COPD which is getting worse as I age. The good news is that I am under the care of Dr. John and his team, and also the Community Respiratory Service.

I am writing this to express my gratitude and appreciation for the the courteous and professional care and attention provided me.

Thanks to their dedication, care and encouragement I  am able to enjoy a reasonable quality of life.

Good am

Thankyou so much for your lovely feedback. Its really lovely to hear you feel the care you received across the system was both professional and personal and has helped support you in the management of your COPD. We in the Community Respiratory Team work closely with our Consultant colleagues and also our acute respiratory colleagues. Our main aim for patients is definitely to enable you to enjoy a good quality of life despite the challenges faced along the journey.

I look forward to passing on your feedback to the wider teams.

Many thanks
