Being diagnosed with COPD I was put under the care of a specialist COPD nurse.

Her enthusiasm and experience were second to none, she exudes empathy and understanding and she is also an active listener.

Right from the get go she fully understood the feelings attributed to both the physical and emotional impact of the life changing disease. With this in mind her diagnosis and care plan was all about me.
