Basingstoke Balance Class.
After a few falls I was recommended to join the falls balance class and I have found the exercises very helpful and endeavour to do them daily. It is helpful to join in with a group of people and be able to talk to them about their experiences. It gives me confidence to go for walks and to be careful how I walk and observe where I put my feet.
I find all of the staff very helpful and willing to answer questions and also find information if they don't know.
It would be helpful if there were classes nearer home that I could get to on my own and not having to rely on someone to bring me and take me home.
I have enjoyed the classes and will continue to follow the program at home.
