About: South West & Southampton Division / Frailty Support Team - Totton and Waterside

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Very surprised as never heard of the Frailty team before.

Came out to my wife but ended up also treating me as they noticed my swollen feet and legs.

Wife now in care after looking after her for some time. Team helped to organise this. They assessed me, did blood test and stopped some medication I was taking. A doctor came out and explained why they did this. They have arranged for me to have some tests through my GP.

Excellent service!
