"My visit could not have been better"

My visit with the Ophthalmology Department at Falmouth could not have been better.

I was a little anxious but was immediately put at ease by the bright, calm and spotless building and the fabulous Michaela and Lola who were friendly and welcoming.

My obs were thorough and everything was explained to me in detail, leaving me with no fears or stress, my questions were listened to patiently and also answered in great detail so I could completely understand my treatment and procedure.

It was a fabulous visit and would like to thank Michaela, Lola and Katrina for their very kind care and information.
