"I will no longer be asking for help"

About: General practices in Ayrshire & Arran

(as a service user),

After calling for an appointment to my practice I feel I have been dismissed again.

Called the doctor regarding help with my post menopause problems as well as the physical problems I have (which I feel were caused by major neglect from this very practice).

I was asked what did I want to happen from this phone call. Firstly a face to face appointment would be preferred and as the GP maybe you could find out what the problem is, I am not medically qualified that's why I called.

I feel so let down and pushed aside by this practice that I won't be back, I will need to use A&E when things become impossible. Terrible state of affairs to feel so let down by medical experts.
