My mum was taken to Cramlington A and E for breathing problems. The doctor who saw her was amazing. He was patient, kind and thorough when dealing with mum who has early stage dementia and limited understanding at the best of times.
All other staff were brilliant too but this doctor stood out in his whole approach.
