Excellent telephone support on first call and form sent by email. Returned and phonecall the next morning from the clinician who fit me in within my very restrictive dates - appointment very quickly. Very kind and supportive team on arrival and professional consultation with the clinician resulting in two vaccines. Very happy with the environment, information shared and administration of the vaccines.
