"Worst service ever"

You can’t even make an appointment with receptionist. If there is more than 30 people all calling at 8:45 they cut you off the call. I have diabetes and decided to turn up at 8:45 as I could feel myself getting weak and needed medication. They refused to book me to see the doctor and insisted I call them even though I was right there. It took over 25 minutes to speak to someone and I told her I felt like I was going into shock and she said the doctor is only taking call appointments. I reminded her I’m sat in reception then she advised me that the doctor will call me on an anonymous number later on! So if I was to fall into a coma sat in reception they don’t care as long as I call and wait for the doctor to call me back probably after lunch time if they get around to it. This is the worst treatment I have ever come across and I will be reporting the practice
