"Helpful and sympathetic advice"

Arrived early (to get a parking space) and booked in. I requested a letter for flight in September. Called by Dr McMullan and received helpful and sympathetic advice.

Receptionist had letters ready when I headed to get blood taken. Left the hospital feeling confident and optimistic about my treatment and possibility of getting weight off.
