The atmosphere in the treatment room was very welcoming and relaxed. I almost feel like "one of the gang"! My hospital number, details of D.O.B etc which procedure and which eye was being treated read out and confirmed to me before starting. When treatment started, efficiency was the name of the game, but with consideration at all times of my feeling. As this was my second eye injection I knew what to expect, but this was also explained to me as it happened. Although the treatment is not painful it was completed quickly (no messing about).

The two ladies giving the treatment were well presented, cheerful and considerate. They are so nice and considering the department is always busy, go beyond helpful and conscious of the patients feelings.

If there is anything that could be improved, its the waiting time in the corridor where I was treated to a rendition of one persons life story, so you could say I learned something.
