Firstly we used the Memory Clinic at Retford Hospital, who gave us all sorts of excellent advice. Then our Doctor put us on to the therapy team, who have been really excellent, hand many visits from various people, Rachel, Hazel and John - they arranged for lots of equipment and advice to help us deal with my husbands Alzheimers.
Also we had a visit from the physiotherapist, so all in all a very satisfactory and excellent service.
