"Great practice"

I attended a health review at the beginning of July and my appointment was on time and the practice nurse was excellent. Myself and my husband have belonged to this practice for over 30yrs and have always found the reception staff and doctors very helpful. Having Open Access appointments in the morning works well. The telephone system is excellent and gives an indication of how many calls are in front of you. We are more than happy with the excellent level of service that has been provided over the years, especially when we hear how friends belonging to other surgeries have such difficulty in getting appointments. The surgery is so much busier nowadays and sometimes parking is a problem when attending the Open Access clinic as there are only a few on site parking spaces. As far as the surgery itself is concerned we have no complaints, we have received excellent treatment. Many thanks
