"Mum's mobility"

About: Urgent Community Response / Mid Notts Urgent Community Response Team

(as a relative),

Mums mobility declined rapidly over a week and we were very worried. The nurse practitioner arranged for Dena and Gemma to call and see her. They came within an hour or so and were very thorough and treated mum with the greatest respect.

I cannot praise them enough, they arranged for the equipment she needed to be delivered the next day and would call later in the week to make sure it was the right height and mum could use them ok. The treatment she has received is second to none.
