Arrived at A&E Victoria hospital after having a fall at golf course and hurting my ankle and leg. I had a short wait and was taken to Minors by the lovely James, nurse practitioner. He was very professional and sympathetic.

Was sent for X-ray and on my return was shown I had a fracture in my ankle. James produced a moon boot and two crutches and explained in detail what would happen next. This was all done in under two hours.

Well done NHS, James and the lovely lads at X-ray.
