(as the patient),

All the staff were great from the moment I stepped foot in the door, they made me feel relaxed and nothing to worry about. The procedure itself didn’t take long at all and I was told everything that they were doing and helped with anything I needed to know. I was given the choice to be sedated which I took and that made me relax even more and I didn’t really feel a thing. After care was great got me a drink and biscuits and made sure I felt okay before discharging me. Overall the team was fantastic
