"Poor service all round"

Had nothing but issues with this practice both me and my husband, they are neglagent in there care, my husband had been feeling poorly for some time just kept getting sent for tests and then more tests not once been seen by a go at all. Until I send an email of complaint in eventually he saw a go who referred him to respiratory and waited weeks for a date to come through, they said they don’t thinks it’s them he needs to be seen my cardiac, got seen by them 2 weeks later and it’s actually turns out my husband has had a heart attack. And the cardiac people said we should change go practice as this is appalling.

Myself too have had nothing but problems just not fit for purpose. Don’t do anything unless you complain.
