Impossible to get an appointment ever. Can’t book an appointment in person has to be over phone, so you sit for hours in a queue for the receptionist to answer to tell you to ring 111 because there’s never any appointment left. I have never in my life known such a shambles where it is literally impossible to get any kind of access to treatment.

If you get to see a GP, they’re all really lovely, but don’t count on ever seeing anyone.
