"Breast Screening"

About: Chesterfield Royal Hospital / Breast surgery

(as a service user),

My nan and mother have both had breast cancer, so this is something that I have a concern for myself in the future.

My GP surgery and the hospital listen to my concerns when I had a nipple discharging fluid and did not make me feel like a time waster. They gave me reassurance and clearly outlined what they were doing and next steps.

Great service, thank you!

Dear octansdm99,

I can appreciate your worries and concerns about breast cancer, especially with your family history. I am sure this must have been a very worrying time for you, but I am pleased to read that you were treated with care and given reassurance.

Thanks for your lovely feedback and I hope that the next steps go well for you.

With kind regards
