"Hope and Support in my Recovery"

About: Inclusion Recovery Hampshire / Eastleigh

(as a service user),

Through Recovery Groups I learnt about Inclusion, I had no knowledge of what Inclusion was but was invited to groups and immediately benefited from them. My application was reviewed quickly and 1st appointment was quick and helpful. After attending groups I was soon invited to service user forum where I really felt welcomed, heard and appreciated. The people at Inclusion are friendly and very supportive, I became interested in becoming a Service User Rep where I can feel like I'm giving back and supporting others who need the help, as well as getting involved in events and activities to help people to recover, I have now become interested in volunteering. Getting to know the workers at my hub and interacting with clients has been very rewarding and giving back has really helped with my recovery.

Thank you for your feedback, and it is lovely to hear your journey has been not only positive, and you are now giving back to help others, staying connected and building a support network along the way.

Well done on all your successes and good luck in your next chapter of volunteering.

Kind regards

Jen Mark

Team Leader for Eastleigh Inclusion Hub
