"They really opened my mind to understanding myself"

About: Inclusion Recovery Hampshire / Eastleigh

(as a service user),

I'm so grateful to Kieran who runs the ACT groups because they really opened my mind to understanding myself and help me live a more spiritual life. I get to express my difficulties and learn how to improve myself, mentally, physically and spiritually. It's a safe space to me to share issues and have received plenty of help to overcome difficulties and set achievable goals.

Hi Luna Moonmin,

Its so encouraging to hear of your gratitude to Kieran and for the Acceptance Commitment Therapy groups. I'm so glad they have opened your mind to better understanding yourself and helping you to live more spiritually. I'm pleased that you see the groups as a safe space for you to share issues and to express yourself as well as having the opportunity to set achievable goals.

I will pass this feedback onto Kieran and to the wider ACT team. Its so important to hear of the positive impact that our interventions are having on our service users lives.

We look forward to continuing to watch your recovery progress.

Thanks,

Dean Clark - Team Lead
