"Disappointing experience"

This is not the first time to have my repeat prescription rejected for no good reason

I requested a repeat prescription 3 days ago to find it rejected today despite the fact that I had run out of the 4 week supply I had before

When I checked with reception staff this morning I was told ( May be because your requested the prescription earlier than my due date which is completely wrong).

What annoyed me is the behavior of the reception staff who was denying the fact that it was rejected . I don’t know why she was denying it despite having it clearly shown on the app and I am sure it was shown on her screen

I had my repeat prescription rejected before for unknown reasons which is very annoying

I thin the practice needs to address this issue and makes sure it does not happen again.
