I am very happy with the level of support I have received from the practice diabetes consultant. My condition has been well explained and I have been fully involved in the decisions about my treatment. This has enabled me to make the necessary changes to bring my condition under control.
I have been offered further testing and on going advice to help me sustain the improvements in my blood sugar. Overall I feel much more confident about managing my condition
