About: Rochdale Road Medical Centre

I had to cancel an appointment today. My Doctor (without any consultation, nor warning)has cancelled some skin cream that had been on a repeated prescription for 6 years. I've had 4 hours sleep in the last 4days and supposedly going on holiday in 9 days. Now I'm left with no cream and I can't see the doctor again until after my supposed holiday.

Absolutely useless and a waste of space.

Dear patient, thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're having with obtaining your prescription.

Medication reviews are required to check that you are prescribed the most appropriate medicines and that you get the best out of those medicines.

Please contact the surgery on 0161 643 9131 and we will be able to arrange a face-to-face review before you go on holiday.
