Unfortunately I have been a frequent flyer at the practice this year. The staff have been wonderful. From the amazing admin/reception staff who have been so very helpful, to the GP’s, practice nurses and healthcare staff who have listened to me and helped me get the necessary investigations needed.
Today I was due to have 1 appointment and then a second a few hours later, I was helped by the admin team to have the second appointment a few minutes after my first. So very helpful.
Unfortunately my favourite member of the Admin team is leaving soon, so I wish her all the best!
