Dear Robert, Thank for taking the time to review the practice and allowing me the opportunity to respond to your concerns. I am slightly confused by your comment regarding waiting for an appointment. We offer uncapped medical appointments with a clinician during our opening hours and daily nurse and phlebotomy services. We have introduced booking links for patients who are able, so our patients can book with whichever clinician they like at a time and mode convenient to them. For our patients who aren't digitally confident, our reception team call and offer a variety of appointments with clear information around next steps. I'm afraid I am unsure what you refer to when you describe 'old and tired' so I'm unable to comment here. Finally, in regard to our practice parking, we are really lucky to be able to provide a dedicated patient car park for our registered patients, and have reserved a spot close to the entrance for disability access.
