Annoyingly I didn’t get the reception lady’s name - but I will like most people slate doctors surgeries for poor relationships with patients, however I have had dealings with this lady on a few occasions, not only for myself but with help with my parents who both have dementia - and I’d like to say a massive thank you to her for not being the stereo typical receptionist.
