"Appalling service "

40 mins on hold waiting to speak to someone just to get results, today would be ideal but no appointments left (this was this am) they advised no appointments left, but for results I needed another appointment but couldn’t offer me one for over 2 weeks, couldn’t arrange for face to face one so needed to be a phone call. Asked if I could arrange one sooner and they said to call back tomorrow for same day appointments- only to have the same experience (waiting on hold again to be told the same info and still no luck with finding a sooner appointment!) honestly got to be the worst doctors surgery for service and lack of empathy or care I have ever come across.
