"Very poor service "

I have been a patient at Willesden Green Surgery for less than a year and have had several concerning experiences. During a recent consultation, I was informed by my GP that my health was satisfactory. However, upon reviewing my test results myself, I noticed that my B12 levels were at the lower end of the range and my folate levels were practically deficient. Despite my ongoing health issues, including thyroid problems and colon inflammation, these deficiencies were not proactively addressed by the practice. I had to repeatedly push for additional tests and supplementation, which were often denied, significantly impacting my health and quality of life.

I am sharing this specific experience to raise awareness about the challenges I’ve faced in receiving adequate care at Willesden Green Surgery. Patients deserve to be informed and treated with respect, and unfortunately, this has not been my experience at this practice.
